Ingredients:
1 large Hass ripe Avacado, peeled & pitted
2 tsp fresh lime juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
2 cloves minced garlic
1 Serrano chili, seeded & chopped
1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
Mash up avacado with fork or an electric mixer. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
Note: This stuff is the BOMB!
