Pepper Beef Goulash


Ingredients:
>1/2 cup water
>1 can (6oz) tomato paste
>2 tbsp cider vinegar
>1 envelope sloppy joe seasoning
>2-3 lbs. stew meat
>1 celery rib, chopped
>1 medium green bell pepper, cut into chunks
>Hot Cooked Rice
Directions:
In a 3 qt slow cooker, combine the water, tomato paste, vinegar & sloppy joe seasoning. Stir in the beef, celery & Green pepper.
Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until meat is tender. Serve over rice.
4-5 Servings.
