These are the EASIEST Peanut Butter Cookies I've ever made. They're probably the cookie I make the most just for this reason! Only THREE ingredients! Whoo hoo!
Ingredients:
1 Egg
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl. Scoop Tablespoonfuls of batter onto an ungreased cookie sheet and with a fork, depress criss-crosses on the tops of the cookie. Sprinkle with extra sugar if desired.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 8 minutes. Don't let burn!
Easy as 1-2-3!
